OK.. So not.. TODAY.. But, now Android users can get closer to having Super Mario Run.

Hey, Fellow Mario Fanatics. It's The Mario AR-Cade with Mario-Time and today we have some more positive news about Super Mario Run than our previous article. If the image posted in this article isn't obvious enough for you, We (android Users) are now able to pre-register for downloading Super Mario Run. Found on the Google Play Store; I predict this game coming out to Android users possibly in January or sooner. Hey Fellow Mario Fanatics! Apparently people have been making Super Mario Run knock offs for Android devices. Eventually we'll get the game. But not right now. Right now, people are making games for android that slightly, almost, kind of resemble Super Mario Run if they were from an ugly alternate universe. News sites have been claiming these are to be stayed far away from, they're containing malware and could be potentially dangerous for you and your device. Beware these apps. Avoid at all costs. So these guys have been making Mario videos for a while now.. Their newest one is a parkour video featuring Mario rescuing Peach like he does his thing in Super Mario Run. Take a look:

You can tell that the guys here really put a lot of time into this. It's very well made. It's also sort of an odd way to go about it. Creepy that the Shy Guys come up in a vehicle and abduct the Princess like that. A bit modern and realistic, which is unlike the Mario universe. Anyway, this was a good vid.

Super Mario Run hits 50 Million Downloads

Hey fellow Mario Fanatics! Super Mario Run seems to be running onto IOS devices around the world at a rapid speed..

In a mere four days, Super Mario Run has surpassed the record of downloads that Pokémon Go got, getting forty million downloads. Now they're up to fifty million downloads  Some may say those were the people hoping to get the game for free and then deleting it, but it seems most likely that these are the numbers of all the paid downloads of the app/game.

Not sure if this is still going on, but with this in mind.. My Nintendo (the eShop over-all) is celebrating the launch of Super Mario Run with discounts on select games

Mario Sunshine is Unreal!!

Hey Fellow Mario Fanatics,

In Unreal Engine 4, YouTuber CryZENx has remade some ellements of Super Mario Sunshine. You can tell they weren't entirely done yet, as some of the actions don't have reactions. Like spraying a Pinata won't make it shake the water off and get all mad. But the overall (Mario pun) look of the remake, is incredible. This video was published on November 20th. Miyamoto's Birthday

Miyamoto turns 64 Today, his contribution to video games will always be one of the greatest. Today he's known for Mario, Donkey Kong, Zelda, Star Fox and more. In this post we wish to say Happy Birthday to him. And thank him for Super Mario. If he's reading this, we're sincerely greatful for the years of fun his games have provided us with. And Thank you to Nintendo for publishing the games as well. But honestly, it wouldn't be the same without you Miyamoto.

New GameStop Mario Ornaments

Hey Mario Fanatics! Our Source is BlackFriday.com, This was revealed to me just today. New Mario themed ornaments (Not the previously leaked Hallmark ones for 2017). These are out this year from GameStop. Their last batch of ornaments for 2015 were for the 30th anniversary of SMB. These however just seem to be based off of a standard Super Mario theme. Some of it seems to take strongly from a Mario Party style theme, Among the set of ornaments there's a stand alone Mario figure ornament. While he looks cool standing there with his arms up in the air, it (just TBH) looks pretty much like a homemade Mario figure ornament that people make sometimes. Just keeping it real here for a moment, they seem to be lacking in Christmas spirit. Not to say they're not good, and we'll probably still buy em.. However they do seem to have some room for improvement. A Mario fan not being that impressed is something to witness for sure. I'll still eventually buy them though. Because I'm obsessed. Theft of Inflated Joy

Hey Mario Fanatics!, Two days ago. Level 7 Games of Denver Colorado (a video game store obviously) had one of their prized possessions stolen from them (well we'd prize it anyways). Their large Super Mario inflatable was stolen from in front of their store. They describe the inflated hero saying:

" recognized by his can-do attitude and unusually bright pink skin. Please contact your local Level 7 Games with any information to his whereabouts, we miss him dearly!"~Level 7 Games 

This theft is ridiculous and wrong. We all hope that this establishment's Mario is returned safe and sound. Mama Mia the world's crazy.

Super Mario Run Release Date Confirmed

Hey Mario Fanatics! Nintendo's Press Release website has announced That Super Mario Run will be released on iPhone and iPad on December 15th 2016.

If that isn't enough proof for you, Super Mario Run's website also says the same date. The Game will be free, but it will cost $9.99 ($10) in the USA for a full unlock of the game. There's nothing currently abut the android version of the game. SOURCE

Mario Party Rushes to store shelves

Hey Mario Fanatics, AR-Cade here. In case you didn't know, Mario Party: Star Rush is coming out today November 4th 2016. At least this is the case in the West. Along with the game, we're getting the brand new Super Mario amiibo. Which includes the first ever Waluigi amiibo. Waluigi fans are excited. Something I found in the news article from Nintendo was that people who don't have the game can get a FREE copy that doesn't give them the game, but does let them play with their friends who do have the game!! This is incredible, not sure if Nintendo's done this before or not.

Charles Martinet Former Voice of Mario

Hold on, hold on. Stop panicking and breathe. It's totally not true. Charles's Facebook page encountered an error yesterday (10/27/16) saying that he was formerly the voice of Super Mario.
 I'm sure all Mario fanatics can agree that Mario would never be the same again without his voice.
Good thing Charles confirmed later on that the Facebook mishap was indeed an error and wasn't his retirement from the role at all. Wahoo! It's always Mario Time for Charles! And we're certainly happy that he is continuing and that this was all a horrible mistake.

If you want some new Mario badges for your 3DS home Screen then now is the time to get em'. That is, if you live in Japan. Of course, these reportedly coming to Japan usually insinuates that they're on their way to the Americas. Today 10/27/2016 New Mario badges are being added according to Japanese Nintendo on Tumblr. These Badges seem to be mixed-matched, from various games. Probably because of Super Mario Maker on the 3DS.

Donkey Kong Game Boy Review

It's Donkey Kong, not for the Arcade or the NES. And this definitely isn't the NES Classics version for GBA , no this is Miyamoto's new and improved Donkey Kong game for the Gameboy that also has amazing colors added to it when played on the Game Boy Color, GBA or Super Game Boy on SNES.

Nintendo made a new ad where Mario is spooked by a Boo while on a PC laptop for Play Nintendo on YouTube. This ad shows us the big feature of the Boo amiibo is that it can glow in the dark. *Update 10/26/16* Nintendo Hosts a Mario Party

Nintendo hosted a Mario Party Star Rush game event at Starlight Children's foundation. Many dressed up as Mario or Luigi. As you can see in the pictures; they had large monitors that could display their 3DS screens as well. GoNintendo found these images via: Business Wire and Nintendo of America's Press Room. Upon investigation I couldn't find the information myself in Nintendo's Press Room. But this has been shared many places lately so I'm still publishing this as news. Starlight Children's Foundation is a nonprofit organization seeking to make Children's and chronically ill teens hospital experiences better, thus making Nintendo's involvement in their Dream event much sweeter than just for publicity. *Update: This is now confirmed to be on Nintendo's Press Release website. IGN Japan Miyamoto Talkin Donkey Kong

Miyamoto recently had an interview with IGN of Japan and I guess he shared some secrets about his first game (Donkey Kong) . Like, how they were going to use vocals for Pauline but couldn't, they had to use sound effects where "Help, Help! Sounded like "Kelp, Kelp!" And confirmed that Mario's first name was Mr. Video before it was Jump Man. Honestly, the majority of this was already known, but there are a few tid-bits of new info.. I suppose.

Nintendo Minute's Mushroom Kingdom Debate

The hosts of the Nintendo Minute show have put themselves in the mushroom kingdom, pretending. Talking about fictional things seriously. This is sorta funny but there wasn't much point to this. Hallmark Mario

Last year Mario got ornaments for the 30th anniversary, and now Super Mario is getting ornaments officially from the one and only Hallmark. It's not confirmed for this Christmas season as the facebook post from Hallmark did not specify, however it is a 2017 preview so the ornaments may not be released until next year. Sadly that's probably what will happen. Still this news is shockingly awesome for me, so what're your thoughts? Could they've been a bit more creative with them? Perhaps, yes.. Yahoo News had an interview with the creator of Super Mario: Mr. Shigeru Miyamoto. The interview was in regards to Nintendo’s new mobile game Super Mario Run. Miyamoto told them that the game’s origin started when former Nintendo president Iwata was still alive. 

Super Mario Adventures Return

Super Mario Adventures is/was a comic series published in Nintendo Power a long time ago, before the magazine's discontinuation. The comics are being republished as a graphic novel. And get this: it'll be sold with a poster inside. Recent announcements of this happening can be found on Twitter from the Nintendo Store in NY. The store is selling the graphic novel collection on October 7th from 6 PM to 8 PM. They announced this as a pre-launch event for the Graphic novel.

Run 64

Here We Go!!
A hacker has hacked the 64 and made their Mario 64 game into a version of Super Mario Run. The game coming to iPhone in winter is available know in all of it's blocky graphic splendor. Same graphics and sounds of the Super Mario 64 game with the gameplay of Super Mario Run. I can only assume that the feature of playing with one hand tapping the screen is replaced with the push of a button. Kaze Emanuar is the YouTuber making this happen, it seems they've also had inspiration from hacker Mr. GreenThunder X. But Kaze is the one who made this particular hack. Not sure how it all works but here it is in action:

As if it's not bad enough that android isn't getting the new Mario game first, (Super Mario Run coming to iOS this December[2016]) Now the i-messaging application is getting free Super Mario Run themed stickers! Yes, if you have an iPhone then today is your lucky day. Even though you have a horrible phone you can now send Mario stickers to your friends on a horrible phone, making android users (like myself) incredibly jealous. And they are 100% FREE. Mario Strikers Charged for Wii (Wii U Digital Release)

Here We Go!!

One of the darkest and most kick-butt Mario spin-off games is making a comeback tomorrow
(Sep, 8th, 2016); Non other than Mario Strikers Charged. This game was originally on Gamecube as "Strikers", then on Wii as "Charged" And now it seems it's getting a digital remake as "Charged" once again for the Wii U. This game is a fan favorite so it's sure to get many downloads and it's already been all over the internet so it's sure to be a busy day for Nintendo's servers tomorrow morning.
One big note: It looks like on Nintendo's site it shows the Gamepad as a usable controller, probbably like the N64 Wii U games but perhaps they're using the gamepad to it's fullest and actually utilizing it. Just my thoughts.

Here We Go!!

People, this is what happens when you try and make your own Super Mario game without the one's who own Mario. It get's shut down. It's a "No Man's Sky" Parody called "No Mario's sky" the game is by ASMB Games. The game's newly made substitute makes a wise crack and turns the Copyright claim around and uses it as it's new title (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) . While this is all very creative, ASMB Games should've seen this coming and expected it, but perhaps that's how we got the replacement. Perhaps they did see it coming. Who knows!?

Mario Sports SuperStars

Here We Go!!

Mario Sports SuperStars is a direct sequel to the game Super Mario Sports Mix for Wii. This game has five various sports to choose from, including the sport new to any Mario game: Horse Racing. Of course you could race Yoshi in Super Mario RPG, kinda like a horse, but that's not the same. The lineup of activities is: Soccer, Horse Racing, Tennis, Golf and Baseball. Great so why'd I buy Mario Golf World Tour and Mario Tennis Open!? Because I'm a fanatic, that's why. Anyways.. This game is out in Spring 2017 (Next year). Announced in Yesterday's Nintendo 3DS Direct.

Mario Hot Wheels 2016

Here We Go!!

On August 26th Nintendo announced new Hot wheels cars on Facebook. Could've done it sooner somewhere else, but this is where I got my info from. Hot wheels already made a few different cars with Nintendo and Super Mario before this. But now we're getting cars that match the main characters of the Super Mario Universe. (excluding Rosalina). Just when you think you've collected all the Hot wheels cars, they give you more. And I'm happy they did.  We have no idea when these cars are coming out right now, Nintendo simply said "Soon". We're getting cars of  Peach, Bowser, Toad, Luigi, Yoshi and of course; Super Mario. Take a look and see for yourself:

Woolly World on 3DS

 You heard yesterday of Mario Maker coming to 3DS well yesterday Nintendo also announced Yoshi's Woolly World for N3DS. With an exclusive Poochy yarn amiibo figure. This version of the game also has exclusive Poochy style ways of playing. There's actually an entire part of the game dedicated to this lovable little creature. Available February 3rd 2017 for the 3DS. Quite the lineup we've got for next year so far, wouldn't you agree?
